Do you have a ladies/men’s night?

In 2019 we are pleased to launch our Men's and Ladies league nights.  Men's Night is currently scheduled to start on Monday June 17th and run each Monday till September 16th.  Ladies night is scheduled to launch on June 28tha and run every Friday till September 13th.  Both Men's and ladies League start at 6:30pm on their respective nights in a shot gun format.  For more information speak with on of our Pro Shop staff.

Power Carts

Power Cart Policy
  • Golfers wishing to rent a power cart must possess a valid drivers licence with no restriction.
  • Maximum 2 riders per cart
  • Maximum 2 carts per 4-some, singles may be required to pair up as situation dictates
  • Individuals are responsible for any damages to power carts.


RotaryLinks rents golf carts to all members and guests at set fees on a per seat basis.  RotaryLinks reserves the right to restrict the use of power carts based on current course conditions.

Dress Code / General Club Policies

Do you have a dress code?

Yes, all dress must be presentable. Only properly attired players will be permitted on the golf course and in certain circumstances the club house location.  For further clarity speak with one of our staff.

  • Jeans are permitted provided they are in good repair.
  • All shorts must be in good condition with a minimum 4-inch inseam. Board short or Swim trunks, and sweat pants are not permitted.
  • Full bodied shirts must be worn always.
  • Bare midriffs, half-shirts, strapless or halter tops and bathing suits are not permitted.
  • Players are encouraged to wear golf shoes (no metal spikes) running shoes or soft soled shoes. Flip flops, heels over half inch or boots of any kind are NOT permitted.

When will the course be opening all 18-holes?

It has always been and remains our intent to open all 18-holes of our master plan as soon as possible.  Obviously, the current economic environment and the 2016 wildfire have proved challenging to our original construction schedule.  However, we are optimistic that with support from individuals like you and residents of Wood Buffalo we will complete construction in a timely manner.  Our current constructin schedule had be phased into the 2020 and 2021 season with 2022 reserved for maturation or grow in.  This and further construction schedules tentative to the financial performance of the operation.  We remain committed to act fiscally responsible in our decisions to ensure the long-term viability of RotaryLinks.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that individuals who made the original booking notify us no later than 2 hours before their tee time of any changes or cancellations to their booking. All cancellations or changes to the number of players in your group within 2 hours of your tee time may be subject to full payment.
